[Yaesu] FT-736 service question

The power supply in my FT-736 is arcing.  It sounds like
the transformer is breaking down.
Anyone know how it comes out?  I see the two screws
on the inside of the radio but I'm not sure what rear
panel screws have to be removed.  At least I can
still feed 13.8V in to enter the VHF contest sept. 12.
