[Yaesu] Yaesu FT900

[Joe Subich, W8IK]

Flashing display is a symptom of PTT unlock (ie, something is wrong with 
the synthesizer in the 14.5 to 21.5 segment).  I don't have a FT-900 
service manual and have no idea where to tell you to start looking but 
I'd be contacting an authorized repair center.
