[Yaesu] FT-920 Need help!

Hi everybody!
My friend (RW1OX) got the problem with his FT920.
He tried to open tx by using tx0734v.exe software V 1.00 DOS/V by Micro
System Design T. Warabikawa.
So he got result - no transmit at all and sign "Error" on display when he
pushing the key.
Undocumented menu menu "F-33 DESTINA" was setting in "OUTSIDE" and now is no
editable (one long beep).
Reading tx table from tranceiver he saw single string on PC screen,
something like "00 000000000". Does it mean that tx table is empty?
Writnig tx table to tranceiver he saw message "Error: tx select protected!".
He made cold reboot - without any positive result.
Can anybody help?
