[Yaesu] FT-23R Prices?

I have a FT-23R w/ DTMF keypad, 2 nicad batt packs, speaker mic, manual and
original box.  I have a friend of a friend who might be interested in
purchasing it, but I have no idea what a fair price would be.

What is the going rate for this gear?  Thanks for your help!
