[Yaesu] Inrad 1.8KHz filter for FT-1000MP ?

Anyone using the Inrad 1.8KHz SSb filter for FT-1000MP
model 711-B ? I would like to use it together with 455KHz
2.1KHz filter model 702-C but not so sure about logical
behind using cascaded narrow filters with narrower 2 st IF
than 3rd IF. 

Any answer will be appreciated.

By the way, a new useful feature on INRAD site : graphs
for each filter are available on line.
