[Yaesu] FT-757GX Amplifier Interface

Hi All:
 Just picked up a mint FT-757GX and would like to interface it with a Drake
L-4B
Amplifier.
  Does Yeasu have an interface unit and is it still available or does
someone have on for sale.
 What year was these units manufactured and when did they go out of service?

  Any help on this would be appreciated.
