[Yaesu] FT990 Help

I have just got my long awaited radio and i would like to find out what mods 
are out there for this the ft990 including programing the radio with the 
keypad/numpad on the radio and can any one tell me the tx/rx mod for this 
radio as the one which is out there will not  work on this radio so 
why????????

I also would like to buy the matching speaker and desk mic as well as any 
and on's for this radio
