[Yaesu] FT-1000D Amp/QSK line

Are there any references in the FT1000D service manual as to how much
current the QSK transistor (not the relay!) will handle when switching an
external amp c/o relay? This transistor is Q1029 an FA1A4P...whatever that
is! It may be the same as the one in the 990 that serves the same function.
