[Yaesu] FT-1000MP help

Looks like my FT-1000MP bit the dust. But thought I would ask here for ideas 
just in case. The receiver is pretty much dead on CW, AM and SSB. I can 
barely hear very loud signals. There is almost no white noise with the AF 
gain wide open. I appear to have RX (and volume) on FM most of the time 
(sometimes it dies out while listening). On transmit when I key the rig on 
SSB or CW (and other modes) the ALC indication goes way past the ALC bar and 
I have no output. I have reset the CPU a couple of times, no help. Anyone 
seen this before??
