I had one for 7 years. I thought the RX was superb, much better on CW RX 
than the 990 I also had in the shack. CW TX slightly drifted though.
Its best if the relays have been changed, I bought the yaesu kit for mine 
and replaced the lot with out too much bother.
I replaced the tubes when I bought it and they were still putting out 186W 
on 80M 7 years later, not too bad!
