[Yaesu] FT-1000D amp relay

That is done by S1002 on the RF Unit PCB. This board is located
on the bottom side of the radio. It has a large metal shielded
compartment that takes up most of the space. The switch is
way in the back and is clearly marked.  73, David K3KY
