[Yaesu] This list needs an owner.

I'm looking for an owner for this list.  Prior experience with Majordomo
might be helpful, but if you can read some instructions you are good to
go.  

Mostly requires handling unsubscribing people who drop their email
addresses and don't bother to unsubscribe.  

Some approval of content that bounces to the list owner when the list
software thinks it appropriate.
