Guaranteeing rights of any kind always limits the rights of some other
group. And with rights comes responsibility. There are some limits to free
speech in this great country. You can't for instance yell "FIRE" in a
theater. I think there might also be some limits on hate propaganda and
racial slurs. If KKK propaganda can be on the air, I think it's fair to say
the opposing view can be expressed here. My .02 worth.
