[Yaesu] FT1000MP Mk V - simultaneous CW and FSK keying?

My commercial PC-to-rig interface uses 1 line out for both CW and FSK keying. 
 I 
want to connect this line out to both the CW and FSK inputs on the radio.  Is 
simultaneous connection and keying of both lines an issue, i.e., in CW mode 
the CW line is keyed and in RTTY mode the FSK line is keyed.

I would not expect the CW line to be keyed in RTTY mode and vice versa.  
Anyone doing this?
