[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-990 Stuck in Transmit

You might try doing the Las Vegas hard reset. It's explained in the manual.
That same thing happened to my FT-990
and the problem turned out to be a bad RF board that cost $300.00 to replace
from Yaesu out in CA.
