[Yaesu] FT-ONE "FAN -ONE" Fan Mod?

Anybody know the particulars of the mod for the FT-ONE to change fan 
to xmit only operation. Called the "FAN-ONE" mod according to the QST 
review.

The fan in mine runs all the time and it is a loud sucker!! On RX, the 
heatsinks are COLD, so I'd trade off some cooling for less dBs of fan 
growl!

Any hints appreciated!
