Can someone other than Yaesu sell the Yaesu VX-7R Service Manual?

I am planning to acquire a VX-7R this week and would like the Service
Manual as a matter of complete docs but don't want to buy something if 
it might be in violation of Yaesu's copyright.

Clarification anyone, please?
