[Yaesu] FT-1000D Receiver Problem

Has anyone experienced this :-

1)
I have a problem with the FT-1000D on receive. It has developed
a 16 Khz oscillation in the front-end somewhere, placing
harmonics and sub-harmonics up the band. Naturally very strong
at the lower frequencies. S9+30 db  at 100-200 Khz.

2)
I have traced the problem to the LPF UNIT module (F3082101)board. The
inductors L720-L723 with transistors Q7201-Q7203 are oscillating on 16 KHz
on receive.

Any help would be appreciated.
