[Yaesu] ft1000d vs MK V

Hey gang,

I just got done using my ft1000d for the 1st time in crowded band cndx during 
the SS, & was less than impressed. To be honest, I prefer my ICOM 746 over 
this thing, due to the auto-notch & ANF. The notch on the 1000d is useless.

So, I was thinking of selling the D & buying a new MK V, what are you 
opinions of both rigs side by side. I have no use for the dual RX, never use it, I do 
SO2R (single-op, 2 radio) during contests.
