[Yaesu] FT-1000-MP CW Frequency Offset

Hi guys,

Using the Menu's on the FT-1000-MP is there a way to set the transmitter 
frequency offset, on CW only, to -0.25 khz? 
I realize that this can be done with the Clarifier but I'm looking for a more 
permanent way.
