[Yaesu] [Amateur-repairs] Knobs for Yaesu FT 5100/5200

I should not have typed "detachable" head, should have
been "replaceable".

Someone told me that it was a pretty simple task
to swap out a new head but a nightmare to replace
the LCD-only, even if Yaesu still carried them,
which they do not.
