Hi John,

You, or your nominee,  can buy Icom, Kenwood Corp., Alinco and
Vertex-Standard shares (denominated in JPY) on the Tokyo stock exchange.
Ten-Tec is privately held, as far as I am aware. 

The Yaesu term "IPO" means "Intercept Point Optimisation". As I tend to call
a spade an agricultural implement, I refer to it as "Internal Preamp Off".
