[Yaesu] mark V sub receiver problem

Frederico,

Check menu item 7-8 to see if you have the Sub-Receiver engaged. This 
setting should be "ON" to see and use the second receiver.

It had been my impression that a new Mark V would have this setting "ON" by 
default but perhaps that is not correct any longer.
