[Yaesu] 1000D SWR problem

Hi all...I have a 1000D that has a swr problem...the swr shows high and the antenna tests normally low swr...the output is being reduced to account for the supposed high swr...my technician has put a pair of pin diodes in series in the output side and they have now blown out...a search of the archives shows that others have had this problem...no solutions have been posted though...thanks de Rick NQ4I
