Hi John:

Yes, the RTTY plug is correct in the manual - it's very basic. What program
or device are you using to decode RTTY ? Are you using an interface of some
kind - Rigblaster Plus, microKeyer, etc. ? If you are using certain
interfaces, you should set the RTTY to reverse in the Mark V menu. This
should be in your instructions. All other menu settings should be default
settings.

I am trying to get RTTY working on a Mark V. All I
can hear the tone shift but all i get out is the
carrier. I have double and triple checked the cable
and it is wired like the manual shows. ANYONE KNOW IF
THE MANUAL IS CORRECT???? Or does anyone else have
any Ideas.
