[Yaesu] Yaesu FT221R question

Hi All,
       One of the FT221's I have been working on has 2 extra circuit
boards on the under side .They are PB-1671 and PB-1568. Can anyone
please tell what they are used for.Some wiring appears to go to the rear
tone plug.Thanking you in anticipation.
