[Yaesu] CW & RTTY Tuning Indicator

I recently purchased a FT-1000mp Mark V.

For some reason the CW & RTTY Tuning indicator on the
left side of the main display does not work. I have
tried the procedure that it is in the manual for
setting the indicator to match the CW side tone.
But nothing seems to get it to work

ANY IDEAS????

Or am I going to have to send it back to Yaesu again.
