[Yaesu] FT-1000D on MARS freq use help please

Your MARS chain of command should have that information.  If they don't,
check places like MODS.DK or RADIOMODS.CO.NZ.  "MARS MOD FT-1000D" on
Google turned up at least a half-dozen sources of information.
