For those of us that use JUNO, Juno has set the filter to reject 
mailing list email. Atleast mine! Some of the reflectors were going 
into junk mail. Yeasu was the one that sent me the notification of 
the problem.

I am not sure if ALL reflectors will send confirmations to let you 
know there is a problem.
