[3830] Info about Nepal?

Is there anyone on the reflector who knows if it is possible to get
permission to operate in Nepal?

I just learned I am going to Nepal with a medical group in April for a few
weeks.  I would have time to operate if I can get a license on short notice.

Any info would be appreciated.
