I think this was the first SO2R try from W1AW.  It is a great deal of fun to get
on with this historic callsign becaause people always seem somewhat taken back
when I call them for a Q.  The station is most certainly not set up for SO2R or
even SOAB since there is no way to switch antennas without getting up from the
op chair and going to a antenna patch board and moving coax jumpers.  One must
remember that this is more a "broadcast" station than a contest station. The
neighborhood line noise is pretty terrible too but still it is a wonderful
experience to put the station on the air for those who have yet to log their
first memorable W1AW QSO.
