Propagation conditions were interesting, to say the least; probably as good as
we have a right to expect at this point in the sunspot cycle. I was surprised
at the amount of South American activity, especially Brazil. Sunday morning
conditions to EU on 15 were exceptional. I only used S&P; maybe this was a
mistake, but finding a run frequency would have been difficult. I'm very
satisfied with the contest, all things considered.
