Comments:
Last year the same Comox Valley Friends 1A station antennas were 1 A3 tribander
at 55 feet that had a 2 el 40M delta loop hung from the A boom ends. That QTH
was not available this year so we dicided to operate from the VE7UF home station
this year in 1E. Most memorable event was doubling the 795 QSOs of last year.
What a difference stacked beams, three towers, and a 80M 4 square makes with the
same 100 Watt TXRX. We had a good time almost breaking the station 24 hour QSO
record. Our thanks to all that called.
