Comments:
Had to take all my off time at the beginning... not the best way to start SS...
first QSO was at 0306z. Pulled an all-nighter on Saturday night, mainly on 80m.
The aurora on Sunday took what little wind that I had left in my sails out of
me, and I pulled the plug at 0030z on Sunday.
I operated from W9CA because my home station is QRT for the season due to lack
of maintenance while I was living and working in Colorado during the past 2
years. I'll have it ready for next season.
W9CA is located at the workplace of Cornel, KK9DX, and consists of:
TH6 at 40'.
40m rotary dipole at 50'.
80m sloper.
FT1000-MP and AL-1200.
unterminated short beverage rx antenna (e/w)
Thanks for all the QSO's. I had a great time!
73,
Charlie N9CO
