Comments:
I started out trying to take the SAC CW seriously, but condx were a complete
bust after 16Z, so I succummed to some casual test Q's with WA. Condx on
20 and 15 wer quite good to WA despite the disturbed condx over the pole.
It was fun, the time I put in and hope I helped a few with the WV mult. I
didn't hear any activity early on 40M up to about 0130Z.
