I have not attempted to operate the Sprint in years, but I was having fun for a
few minutes (albeit slowly and lid-like) until the XYL came home from shopping.
There I was, at the radio again (heck, I'm never on the air anymore!) and she
was ticked. Oh well. Maybe I can get her to go to the movies next time and
leave me alone. Since I spent a couple of weekends ago putting my new K3
together and then using it a few times since then, the several years of
inactivity were completely forgotten and now all I do is ham radio! Sheesh.
It's probably not worth the hassle any more.
