This week I went up to W6YX, the Stanford University station
to see how the better antennas would improve this operator...
Well, I doubled my usual score - so being LOUD on 40m and 80m
sure helps!
Still just a single radio, but I broke more pileups, and got
called more.
20m was rapid-fire 18 QSOs in 11 min.
40m was strong with 21 QSOs in 13 minutes and lots of mults
I never hear from home.
80m slipped in 9 QSOs in the last 5 minutes and there was
plenty more activity but no time left.
