My best night of the ladder. Funny how it happened at the end. Started off with
12 Qs in the first 5 minute segment, followed by 8, 6, 9, 8, 8. I almost lost
concentration when I QSOed my pal Jim, N3BB, and I was 1 Q ahead at :40. Then
tried to kick it up a notch and worked Tor, N4OGW at :49 with the same serial
number. Oh what a night. I was keeping up with the big guns. Lots of mults in a
lot of places. Did have a few CQs go unanswered on all 3 bands. Strange. But,
hey, who's complaining? I broke the magical 50 barrier after a long absence.
