Comments:
I came early from work on Friday to replace the Carolina Windom for 40M with a
80M version. I managed to finish before the wind started blowing! This was
minutes before the test. A small portion of the longest leg was left about 12'
off ground that I need to fix. But now I have 80M to play with :)
During test, I tried various time to do Run but unsuccessful until the end of
the test. For the limited time, I am happy with the results.
BTW, during the first day I could not figure why my first two letter of my call
were not being copied correctly.... K3RP, N3RP, and even R3NP...and in this case
I was told "only ve/w stations please" ....*@!$# what?! Then, BINGO, my K3
was set for "full QSK" instead of semi.
