Comments:
Lots of fun. It has been a very long time since I have operated on 160M and this
is the first time for a 160M contest.
I am glad I took the time to extend my simple 40M vertical with an additional
70 feet of wire to make a sort of "up and over" inverted L. I could
load the 40M vertical on 160M but it didn't work that well especially since I
operate QRP. But the extension really brough the antenna and the band to life;
the difference was like night and day.
Many thanks to all the great ops who took the time reply to my pip squeak QRP
signal.
