Comments:
Bad luck this time @IO4W! On Friday night 80m inv-L antenna didn't work, and
160m inv-L (which shares the toroidal choke) seemed to have problems as well.
So, no low bands.
On Saturday morning a strong windstorm approached the station and broke the
main antenna driven element. So, no high bands as well. But never give up!
I used the backup 2L triband antenna and I had great fun anyway, even with
reduced performance and notwithstanding the bad luck.
A wonderful 10m opening on Sunday afternoon gave me the opportunity of a great
run and additional fun!
Thanks everybody!! Hope to hear you as soon as things get fixed up (hopefully
