Comments:
All S&P effort for DXing and my best score ever in CQ160CW. Thanks to
E51DWC for #128 on Top Band. Made staying up both nights worth the effort.
Heard A35W, but not making it this far east. No opening to EU, just CN2AA on
Friday night, but EU sunrise was better on Saturday with 8 EU and some SA, but
overall conditions south and east were not great. Nice to the West with lots
of west coast and Hawaii, but nada from AK or JA. Oh well, always next year to
put JA in the log. I wish N1MM or other contest loggers would put default 8
seconds for CQ MAchine repeat times instead of 3 seconds! Can't even get my
short call out between CQs of several EU stations...no time to listen.....sad.
And the tail enders got a bit crazy at times and chased some stations off the
air. Missed SD twice because of this. No DC heard or spotted. Sorry, I rant
when I'm tired...
Lots of great OPs and not too many alligators. Thanks for all the Qs. Off to
bed.
73 Jeff, VE3CV
