Comments:

First Contest with the Elecraft KX3. General performance was good . Some buttons
are sticky. The cw filter leaks a bit either side of band centre. CW tuning
indicator subject to band noise on weak signals and doesn't center properly.
Didn't set up macros in N1MM to use radio memory keyers so cw got ragged near
the end. 80M wire was too short in the cold weather. The KX3 tuner saved the CW
band.

QRP operation was much better than expected. Conditions got better as the Friday
evening and Saturday afternoon wore on. It was nice to see the low bands go long
early Saturday morning. 20M went well late Sunday. 15M was occasionally
populated as well. No 6M heard.

Thanks to all the stations who pulled my signal out of the background. I'm still
amazed at the European stations who heard me.

All contacts S&P. Maybe I will get the P3 Panadapter now.

Bob
