Comments:
I operated remote using a station in Maine. Rig is K3 @ 100W and ant is OCF
Dipole @ 100'. I had planned to use a station in Puerto Rico with 500W and a
good antenna, but as I was testing before the contest found that the VOX did not
work. I use VOX for xmt/rcv switching so I fell back to the station in ME. About
90% QSO's were S&P, but Sunday afternoon I got tired of S&P and for the
fun of it thought I would try a Run and was pleased that I had a good run on 40M
-- 24 Q's in 20 min, then it was back to S&P for most of the rest of the
contest.
