OMG this was too close for comfort tonight. XYL wanted to go out for dinner. Got
stu ck in a restaurant filled with Christmas parties. I sat down at the rig with
30 seconds before the bell. Not the way I like to do it. Jumped in and things
fell into place very nicely. Got a few goodies on 40, but 80 was really the band
for me tonight with a number of newcomers. Signals were very loud on 160 here,
too. K6MR sounded like a local. Seems N3BB still missing in action. Hmmm.
