Comments:
Still playing with the gear. Until I climb back on the roof, the 2K-FA needs the
manual Palstar tuner on 80m, but the HF9-V vertical is good enough on 40 and 20
to accommodate the amplifier's internal automatic tuner. Full power on all three
bands, though there's still a bit of a squeak, squeal, or chirp from inside the
amp at the tail-end of my CWT exchange on 40m.
Nice to hear NO5W --- been a while! I was just about to send Chuck an email to
ask where he's been.
