Comments:

The "Total" boxes above do not accommodate the sponsor's convoluted
formula for calculating the final score. Mine was [(10 CW QSOs x 3 pts) + (7 LSB
QSOs x 1 pt)] x 2 pt power multiplier x 10 counties/cities worked = 740 final
score. I did submit my log on the sponsor's Website for 50 bonus points but have
not included it in the calculation above. I understand the sponsor will add it
to the total.

I didn't spend much time with this contest because it was frustrating--low
activity by MDC stations and poor propagation at my station in N.Va. Apparently
I was just too close. I operated 40m during the day, which was fair but quite
long, and 80m at night. I didn't even try 20m, which was far too long and also
overrun with WAE activity. Never heard W3VPR, the 50 bonus point club station of
the sponsor (Anne Arundel ARC) or any mobiles.
