Its a 4CX250R with a 350W radiator. Most common use was in the AM6154/65
series of FAA amps.
For replacement the Svetlana 4CX400A is almost a perfect fit.
If ur gettin one of those AM series amps keep the output in the 350-375W
range for good linearity AND good tube life.
