[AMPS] How to date a SB-200?

Hi Gang,

Does anyone know how to date a Heathkit SB-200 amplifier?  On page 3 of the
manual it says  "copyrighted in 1964" and directly opposite, on the same
page printed is 5/12/67.  I realize that these were made for many years and
it may not even actually be the original manual.  Any ideas here?  Thanks
in advance.
