it's many years since I was working up at 10GHz, but we used PVC...black
PVC, carbon loaded.
I guess the black conductive foam used for integrated circuits should be
pretty lossy - it's carbon loaded.
As far as Jon's DX is concerned, the lists of wants can be
misleading.....one of the last 7 countries I need (KP1 Navassa) isn't even
on the WD4NGB list. Rare DX is what you HAVE and I NEED!
